Wall Avenue

We have been asked –do you build small homes?  Yes, we do and we love it as much as any large size home.  This jewel is a 2162 sq. ft. rammed earth home with a 484 sq. ft. garage and 726 (290 upper tiled deck) sq. ft. of patios.  It is three bedrooms, almost three bathrooms (one of the bathrooms shares a tub/shower).  The main bedroom is on the second floor with direct access to a tiled deck.  A private spot for lounging and star gazing.  It is an efficient floor plan with plenty of open space in the main living room/kitchen/dining room.  The home is ready to welcome a party with many friends and family yet cozy enough to feel intimate with one other person.  The 18″ walls wrap you in security and quietness.
